Customers can cancel their orders before the products are shipped. Please contact customer service for the cancellation process. The order cancellation will be completed along with the refund process.
2. Return Conditions
If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can return it within 14 days from the delivery date. The products to be returned must be unused, in their original packaging, and complete with all accessories.

To initiate a return request, you must first contact customer service to obtain the necessary information for the return process. You must return the products in their original packaging along with the invoice. The return shipping fee is borne by the customer.
4. Refund of Returned Products
Once the returned products reach us, they will be inspected to ensure they meet the return conditions. The refund for approved returns will be processed using the payment method you used. The return process will be completed within 7-14 business days after the products reach us.
5. Defective or Incorrect Products
