1. By placing an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement presented to you.
2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
3. Shipping costs for product shipments will be paid by the buyers.
4. Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer within a legal period of 30 days, provided that it does not exceed the period. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers can terminate the contract.
5. The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the specifications indicated in the order and, if available, with warranty certificates and user manuals.
6. In case the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days from the date the seller learns of this situation and return the total amount to the buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID FOR:
7. If the buyer does not pay for the purchased product or if the payment is canceled in the bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ends.
SHOPPING WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:
8. After the product is delivered, if it is determined that the payment made by the buyer was made using an unauthorized credit card, and if the product price is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with the shipping cost borne by the seller.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED IN DUE TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEABLE REASONS:
9. If there are unforeseen reasons that prevent the seller from delivering the product on time, the buyer is notified of the situation. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, the replacement of the product with a similar one, or the postponement of the delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order; if the payment was made in cash, the amount is refunded to the buyer in cash within 14 days from the date of cancellation. If the buyer made the payment by credit card and cancels the order, the product price is refunded to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation, but the bank may take 2-3 weeks to transfer it to the buyer’s account.
THE BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
10. The buyer will inspect the goods/service subject to the contract before receiving it; dented, broken, torn packaging, etc., will not receive damaged and defective goods/services from the cargo company. The delivered goods/services will be deemed to be undamaged and intact. The buyer is obliged to carefully protect the goods/services after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the goods/services should not be used. The product must be returned with the invoice.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
11. The buyer can exercise the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods without any legal or penal liability and without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to the buyer or the person/organization at the address indicated. Notification must be made to the seller via the contact information below.

PERIOD OF WITHDRAWAL:
13. If the purchased item is a service, this 14-day period starts from the date of signing the contract. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in service contracts where the service has started with the consumer’s approval before the end of the right of withdrawal period. The notification regarding the right of withdrawal is provided in Distance Contracts and Cancellation Conditions, and the buyer places the order knowing the cancellation conditions.
14. The costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal belong to the seller.
15. For the right of withdrawal to be used, a written notification must be sent to the seller within 14 (fourteen) days by registered mail, fax, e-mail, or by using the methods specified by the seller, and the product must not have been used within the framework of the “Products for which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot be Exercised” provisions of this contract.
USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
16. The invoice of the product delivered to the third party or the buyer, (If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent with the return invoice issued by the institution when returning it. Order returns whose invoices are issued on behalf of the institutions cannot be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued.)
17. The return form, the products to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged, together with the box, packaging, and standard accessories, if any.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
18. The seller is obliged to return the total amount and the documents that put the buyer in debt to the buyer within 10 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification and to accept the return of the goods within 20 days.
19. If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to the buyer’s fault or if the return becomes impossible, the buyer is obliged to compensate the damages of the seller at the rate of the buyer’s fault. However, the buyer is not responsible for changes and deteriorations caused by the proper use of the goods or products within the withdrawal period.
20. If the campaign limit amount set by the seller is reduced due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount used within the scope of the campaign is canceled.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED:
21. Contracts related to goods prepared according to the buyer’s wishes or clearly personal needs, goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature and that are in danger of rapid deterioration or are likely to expire, and goods that are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene if their packaging has been opened by the buyer after delivery, goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by nature, goods related to periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except those provided under a subscription agreement, services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and data storage devices, computer consumables, if their packaging has been opened by the buyer, cannot be returned as per the regulation. In addition, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services that have begun with the consumer’s approval before the end of the right of withdrawal period.
22. Cosmetic and personal care products, underwear products, swimwear, bikinis, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, and cassettes, and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) must be unopened, untested, undamaged, and unused for return.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
24. If the buyer defaults on the payment transactions made by credit card, the cardholder will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement with the bank and will be responsible to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may take legal action; the expenses and attorney fees that arise may be claimed from the buyer, and in any case, the buyer agrees to pay the loss and damage suffered by the seller due to the delayed performance of the debt.
